New York State allows only on-farm sale of raw milk.
Permits may be obtained from the Commissioner of Agriculture and Markets which allow the permit-holder to sell raw milk under a number of conditions...
Sales must be made directly to a consumer.
Sales must also be made on the farm where the raw milk is produced.
A sign must be placed near the point of sale which reads: “NOTICE: Raw milk sold here. Raw milk does not provide the protection of pasteurization.” (Chapter 1, New York Code of Rules and Regulations, Section 2.3).
Pearl’s Stony Creek Farm follows the strictest production standards and all New York State laws.
